Dental Reimbursement will reset at the start of each fiscal year (October—September).
- Caps & Crowns—All Members, Up to $500.00
- Dentures & Partials (every 5 years) - Elders 55+, Full Payment
Reimbursements will not be made for cosmetics for any of the above.

Hearing
Hearing Aids (every 5 years) - Elders, Full Reimbursement

Vision
Vision Reimbursement available to:
- Elders 55+: Up to $1000.00 per year in reimbursements which may include eyeglasses, years supply of contacts, yearly exam, Lasik eye surgery, or other vision related care.
- All Other Tribal Members: Up to $500.00 per year in reimbursements which may include eyeglasses, years supply of contacts, yearly exam, Lasik eye surgery, or other vision related care.
No reimbursements will be made for cosmetic lenses for any of the above vision reimbursements, this includes things such as polarized lenses, tinting, colored contacts, etc. No reimbursements will be made for portions already covered by insurance. Reimbursements will not be made for cosmetics for any of the above.
